  • Current status of hinterland
    • East side hinterland (2008): 1.95km2
    • West side hinterland (2011): 1.93km2
  • Low cost rental charge and stable rental period
    • Preferential rental charge (30Won/m2/month)
      • Foreign investment enterprise of logistics-related business (In case that foreign share is over 10%)
    • Basic rental charge (200Won/m2/month)
      • Enterprise engaged in manufacturing business as foreign investment enterprise of which main objective is export
    • Rental period: Max. 50 years
  • Enterprise who is qualified for moving-in
    • Enterprise engaged in manufacturing business as foreign investment enterprise of which main objective is export
    • Logistics industry including unloading, transport, storage, exhibition(display), packing, repair, processing and assembly of the goods
  • Tax exemption for moved-in enterprises
    • Hinterland is designated as free trade zone
      • Exemption of indirect tax: Tariff reservation and refund, application of zero tax rate, special consumption tax, transportation tax, special tax for rural development, resident tax exemption
      • Direct tax exemption
        • ① National tax (corporate tax, income tax) 100% for 3 years, 50% for future 2 years
        • ② Local tax - Acquisition tax, registration tax 100% exemption for 15 years/property tax 100% for 10 years, 50 % for future 5 years
